1. Do we need a computer lab or special equipment to host this?
Absolutely not. This is a "Bring Your Own Device" event. We do not use computers, keyboards, or mice. As long as your space has tables, chairs, and a standard screen or blank wall for our projector, you are ready to host.
2. How do we get people to actually show up?
We provide a complete "Community Activation Kit" designed to fill the room two ways. First, you get ready-to-print postcards, email scripts, and social media graphics to reach the general community.
Second, we provide specific "Bring-a-Neighbor" invitations for your current members or clients to hand out. This turns your existing base into your best referral team, bringing new faces through your doors without the cold-call awkwardness.
3. Is this content appropriate for our older or less tech-savvy members?
Yes. Standard tech classes fail because they rely on typing on tiny screens, which frustrates seniors. We bypass that by teaching "Voice Mode." If your members can talk to a friend, they can use the tools we teach. It is designed to be encouraging, not overwhelming.
4. Our community is worried about privacy and scams. Is this safe?
